Uncommon: Join the practice
USE YOUR BODY TO TRAIN YOUR MIND
Hi,
what a weird time, huh? Are you feeling a bit cooped up? At The Dojo we teach people how to use their bodies to train their minds. We use that for personal growth first and professional growth second.
We were very excited to visit different Uncommon sites to running events. These are obviously cancelled for the foreseeable future. However, we can still offer the community something.
Join us on Slack for a ten day practice. Think of it as a little yoga session, but for your brain too. It’ll take you about ten minutes of moving, then we ask you to share a video, an audio or just a message about how the experience was for you.
There will be a video explaining the exercise when you join.
We start on Tuesday 24th March, but even if you miss the first day you can still join us.
